Ordering
Have you already added your chosen items to your shopping bag and do you want to continue ordering? In 4 quick steps, you can finalise your order. You do not need an account to place an order, but you do have the option to create one. This is useful if you want to keep track of your orders at Jollein and place more orders in the future.
Step 1: Shopping bag
View the overview of your order in your shopping bag. In this overview, you still have the option to remove items or adjust their quantity. Do you have a discount code? Enter it at the bottom of the overview and the discount will be calculated immediately.
Step 2: Your details
Fill in your details so you can actually place the order. Optionally, you can create an account. Handy but not necessary. Do you already have an account? Then log in with your e-mail address and password. Would you like the order to be delivered to a different home address? Choose this option and fill in the address details. This is useful, for example, if you want the order to be delivered as a surprise gift!
Step 3: Choose a payment method
Choose an available payment method by selecting it. The payment options may differ per country. The actual payment is done when you confirm the order.
Step 4: Confirm your order
Check your order and finalise it. You will be redirected to the payment provider you selected earlier. After successful payment, you will return to the website and receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
